If you are on your way to visit Hopewell rocks this is a must visit place for some freshly baked waffles. The bubble waffle is so soft that it melts in your mouth with every bite.

Wakey Waffles is an absolute gem! The waffles are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and topped with the most delicious combos — I tried the Biscoff one and it was out of this world. The coffee was also excellent. The place has a cozy, modern vibe and the staff were super friendly and helpful. It’s perfect for brunch, a sweet treat, or just catching up with friends. This place is a must. I love trying random foods (and especially exploring that sweet tooth), and when I saw this unique looking place, I figured why not? I didn't really have high expectations, but as soon as I stepped in the shop - *everything* looked awesome. And it was. The waffle sandwiches are incredibly savory, great texture, great ingredients, amazing flavors. Probably the best sandwich I had in NB! The owner was super friendly and very helpful and accommodating -- and made some great suggestions on how to deck out my dessert :) Also, they have a huge range of unique freeze dried snacks! Freeze dried flavored tater tots, ice cream sandwiches, and more?!! I seriously hope they get many more locations (and she said she might be getting number 2 now!)

The chicken bacon ranch waffle sandwich was bomb and they had a lot of freeze dried candy (at a reasonable price). If I ever come back to New Brunswick I will come back!

I totally recommend this place for your due and undue desserts!!! Hi! Your store is amazing ! I was there with my family and we ordered and enjoyed your ice cream nachos and my sisters ordered the bubble waffle ice cream dessert. I forgot to mention as I assumed , but to see you knew anyways and so considerate so not to put the scoop of ice cream on top of the broken waffle cone pieces.... You ladies are amazing!! That made me so happy you had surrounded the ice cream w the waffle pieces and not let it soak on top! Also the temp of the ice cream ... I was amazed how it didn’t melt so easily in the heat of the day! They also have on sale freeze dried treats, such as freeze-dried bubble ice cream, cookie ice cream, skittles , etc - all so deliciously good!

A fantastic find! Super tasty food, super friendly folks! A huge variety of sweet and savory waffle-goodness. A unique array of freeze-dried candy/treats as well. Despite the rain (we didn't utilize the picnic tables: OUTDOOR SEATING ONLY), we had a fine time munching on the wonderful waffles in our car. Thanks for the extra napkins and the helpful tip/sticker!

Amazing food, friendly staff, and lots of choices. Waffles for breakfast, waffles for lunch, waffles for dinner, and waffles for desert. (they are not all the same kind of waffles) Freeze-dried goodies, unique gift, fresh snacks, and so much more. It's a must stop for sure. They have gift cards, and my adult kids get/expect every Christmas and birthdays to get one. Lol
